Iguana diet question.

First time iguana momma, starting later this week! I foster reptiles for an exotic rescue, and we just took in a female who had been allowed to free roam the house 24/7 and wasn't getting enough UVA/B. She also had some seizure activity when we first got her. She's improving, but needs some TLC, and that's where I come in! :D

I've done all the research, and have a diet plan made up, I just have one question. She's likely never encountered things like squash, fruits and veggies, or maybe even greens (not lettuce). I haven't been able to find anything about whether I need to slowly integrate new foods into her diet, like with other animals. Right now I'm assuming yes, and plan on only offering an ounce or so of each new food item the first time I give it. But if you guys tell me I don't need to, then I'll just start adding new things in rotation right away.
