This why i beleave it to be very confuseing stuff but i think half the APTOR/RAPTOR's may not be so.Those who choose to can keep the door locked and live in bliss please do.But sorry i'm someone that's happy just to take someone word for it i want to know as meny in's and out's as possible.Me personly ! but i nothing to back it up but i think that RAPTOR's AKA Albino eclipse eyed patternless striped is nothing more the a albino eclipse eyed hypo tangerine striped carrottail and somewhere along the line the eclipse gene found it's way in.So making a APTOR nothing more than a albino hypo tangerine striped carrottail. But every one has there own views and are ofcouse intiled to view thing as they wish :D .

I see what you are saying but some of those are not exactly stripes, that is the "Patternless Stripe" morph which comes from the mixture of the patterns. They just simply are not all "Patternless" and another reason why PRS is a better name.;)

There is just alot of variation really. Alot of the original "Aptor" were very much like stripe/reverse striped geckos(and I am posting mine though he has now been sold), it is really just an "abberancy" from the "normal" patterns we would see. Some are dotted and dashed, and do still have spots, it is just more easily noticed on the "Eclipse" because they are not albino. The Hypo that is in this line will not always affect it, and they will not end up lacking the spots. Look at how they are arranged though:main_robin: they are a little different. It really helps to see them as hatchlings because they change so much. I have a "Jungle" here that hatched more like a PRS, and had a "PRS" that hatched more like a Jungle, etc.

I will post some more below after this post. Probably tomorrow as I am now getting tired. I do have some more PRS pictures that will help.

See anything familiar on that Aptor? Like the "reverse stripe" down his back?

Well that is a "Patternless", the name does not fit so well, we know this.

This gecko is what a Stripey looking Reverse Stripe?

Haha, well yea I called it that as a baby, it was almost both striped, and partially reverse striped when it hatched. Just look at the "pattern" now.

Look familiar? Yea, well it happens both ways, not all of them stay the same.
