Went to the movies tonight. I wanted to see the new rocky movie, which by the way sucked so bad its not funny. Anyways, there was this girl and i invited her to come. It ended up being me, my friend chris, her and her friend megan. Me and chris arrive first and get our seats. It was hot in the theatre so we put our jackets in the seat next to him. I was under the assumption that they were gunna come in from the left. But they came in from the right and from that moment on i was well, screwed. I didnt talk to her like, the entire time and the movie sucked rather badly. i have such a way of sending everything i do straight to hell...

exactly... but dont make a huge deal about the movie theater "incident". dont even talk about it unless she brings it up. Do you know if she likes you too, or unsure?

I'm not even going to lie, that sucks. But honestly you should have stood up when they came in to reorganize. Was it understood to be a double date? Maybe she doesn't realize that you like her more than a friend.

I'm so glad I'm not in that does he like me, does he not like me crap anymore. My advice is to just ask her to do something with you alone (and I mean like go to dinner or something fun). Movies really aren't the best places to have a conversation. Get to know her a little bit and that should tell you if she likes you or not. If she doesn't want to go "out" with you again, then just apologize for not speaking to her, but explain that you were in a movie theater with other people and it is rather rude to talk during a movie. if she doesn't understand then she isn't really worth it.

just a friend? i have heard that phrase ALOT. 99.9% of girls i liked told me that. my problem was i just settled for that.....if you like her alot, keep trying but very lightly, dont push it. my best advice would be joke, laugh, play, and hint, if you play them cards just right.....eventually she should come around :main_thumbsup:

The girl I'm with now (Nikki) turned me down multiple times for 4 years. Each time I just got a little more distant but stayed "friends" with her. Eventually I stopped trying, found another girl, and the next thing I knew, she was confessing her love for me and asking me out. We have now been together 2 1/2 years and an engagement is just around the corner. Never give up if you want it enough. I realize that kinda relationship isn't going to happen around 16 years old, but you get my point.

You have to read her personality though. I don't want to put a damper on the fact that she may deep down want you as more than a friend, but some girls really mean it when they say they only see you as a friend. If she is sending the "I like you more than a friend kind of message" (like calling you on the phone constantly or dropping your name in conversations with her friends) then I say try and try again.

it just aggrivates me because im one of those "cut and dry" kind of people. i dont like mixed messages, i dont like the run around, or anything like that. id rather speak my mind so everyone knows my position/feelings than sissyfoot my way around. so all that "deep down" stuff kinda erks my chain. its not a huge deal to me so i wont press the matter further. if i do ill get sucked in farther and then everything goes right down the tubes.

If you really like her keep trying. Just go hang out as friends. Go to the movies a few times, get a bite to eat one day. Maybe she will come around and like you more than a friend. If she doesn't it's only one girl. I'm sure you've heard it and I've heard it over and over and I use to hate it but it's a good thing. It's only one girl, you're young(so am i:main_lipsrsealed: )and you are going to meet lots more.

My girlfriend liked me before I had any feelings that way for her and she backed off and I hated that she was trying to walk away and then everything clicked and I wanted to hit my self upside the head. It's been up and down and now it's a long distance relationship right now until I get my degree but it's all worth it.
