Impaction Risk?

I just joined the site and am kinda freaking out here. My afts have been on Zilla fir and sphagnum peat moss mix, its the stuff the shop recommended when I purchased the little guys. I've been reading about impaction and now I am wondering if they could be impacted. They are not showing any signs or symptoms but I did notice a cricket that looked regurgitated in the tank. Also, leah (the girl) was like arching up and looked as if she was trying to bring something back up. the crickets are small and are getting them down no problem. I thought maybe she just over ate (they consumed almost 3 dozen at one eating) Is the Fir sphagun peat moss digestible?

i dont know if it is, but i can be almost 100% that it is not digestible in large amounts. and that is relative to an aft's tummy. so "large amounts" does not really have to be too big.
