Impaction?

I bought my 5 month old gecko about 3 days ago from a breeder. He has been eating well every night and doesn't show any signs of lethargy, BUT he hasn't pooped at all yet. Is this normal? Does he look impacted? What should I do

3 days isn't a huge amount of time, IMO. Did this breeder keep the gecko on a loose substrate? The gecko's underbelly looks normal to me.

You can give a warm bath (the water should only feel mildly warm to you). This can help move things along.

Make sure your temps are correct (90 F on the warm side, no higher than 75 F on the cool side). Proper temps influence digestion.

I'm fairly sure the breeder kept him on newspaper but I'm not certain

And yes, the warm side gets about 87-90

I think it's unlikely your gecko is impacted, given that it was never kept on loose substrate and you've got proper temps.

okay sorry this is just my first gecko and I'm pretty anxious
