I just wanted to share a few pictures of the youngest member of my gecko family, in loving memory of my baby Amber. She is a 3 yr old bell albino and unfortunately she passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning :bigcry:.

So sorry to hear that she passed away.
She is absolutely gorgeous.
Do you know why she passed (underlying condition) or was it sudden?

thank you very much, she had gorgeous perosnality as well as looks :) and the most friendliest leo iv ever had.
For some reason she decided to lay eggs this year (duds as she’s never been with a male, I’ve had her since she was a few months old). She laid one egg and couldn’t pass the second.
She was admitted into the vets last Thursday for an op to remove the egg and spay her at the same time however her op kept being postponed which unfortunately cost her life. She passed away Tuesday morning, post mortem reviled that the egg had burst from the oviduct and was sitting in her abdomen. I’m guessing that it would have been an infection from the egg that finally killed my poor baby :(.

The tide recedes but leaves behind
bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle
warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, and yet it echoes
on in sweet refrains.....
For every joy that passes,
something beautiful remains.
