inbred (line breeding)?

I am hopeing to start breeding my 1st female later on this year. She is a SHTCT my males are High Yellow and normal. After this season i want to try and get more of a carrot tail out of her offspring. I plan in line breeding her if she has a male this season. i just have a few questions.
Whats the maxium generation you have gone befor bringing in "freshblood"?
Have you ever had any complications?(vision,eating,deformed)
