I am starting off my breeding season soon and was wondering what is the perfect temps for female and male. It would be awesome if you could share your temps and help me hatch out some nice females or males. Your input is helpful :D

Thanks :)

Females at 80-81 and males at 88-89 is how I am hatching mine. You could also incubate in the 84-86 range and hatch both sexes.

I had trouble with macks at 82, so lowered my temps. I am not saying that my temps were exactly right, but as a precaution lowered the temps a few degrees to ensure the sex. I got female non macks from 82-83 though :huh2:

Ok, So if im doing macks It shouldn't be 82-83, it should be 80-81. If I am not doing macks is 82-83 a good temp for females?

Macks are a bit strange. They seem to require lower temps to ensure a sex...but even then, sometimes the sex is different then what was incubated for...

I would rather cook them for 10 more days and get females, then get a male at 50 days. I may cook macks at 79 for 30 days and raise them up to 81-83 if my earliest TSF macks go male on me again.
