Incubation question

Hi all

Would you need to cover the eggs in the tub or is it possible to leave it open ?

If it is to be covered, would I need to puncture small holes to enable air flow ?

Cheers

If it is uncovered, then it would dry out the eggs way to fast. It needs to be covered. Some people put 1-2 "very small" holes in the container to create airflow. Others will open the container breifley every 2 weeks or so.

I cover the eggs a little with vermiculite (we dont get perlite). Not too much, just a little and then put three or four holes in the lid.
