Yup I have the same one and I have been using it for 5 years now. I 4 incubators and all 4 are different. i have never had a problem with the one you are looking at. Once you get the temp set you are golden. Just make sure you have it up and running before you have eggs. get it at the temp you want it at before you have eggs, trust me.

Yeah it can take a couple of days to get the temps right. Also you want to keep the incubator in a room that does't change temps from day to day.

Hmm thats weird. My incubators arein my basement and the temp varies all day long but the temp in my incubator stay at 86 all the time but I guess I do have it hooked up to a thermostat.

I've got that same incubator for some of my leo eggs. It works great, never had a problem with it. The temp changes are very minor. My first yer with it I was living at home and it was in my small bedroom which got very hot in the summer but the temps didnt vary much.

I do not like the fan that blows the air in and around.

Yeah the fan's not good.


If you use a thermostat with the first one you posted, you'll have more stable temps, especially if the built in thermostat fails, as mine did earlier this year.
