I go a few times a year, and I'll probably end up going to this one as well. I need to pick up some snake food, and so I'll have to take a look around at everything else that's there. If you're wondering how it is, it's a pretty decent show. If you're not too far from Indy, it's worth checking out for sure. :main_yes:
Great- I'm going to be looking for a gecko or two (my first). Is there a vendor you could recommend? Also, do they have cage supplies? I ordered some things, but I do not know if they are going to arrive in time... (I've actually never been to a herp show!) By the way, I'm in Cincinnati, so it's a little less than a two hour drive.
I can't recommend a breeder at the show, as I've personally never purchased any leos there. The only gecko I've purchased there was a crested last year, but that guy was Great! As for supplies, yeah there are some supply vendors there. You can get pretty good prices on cork bark and the like. I've even purchased a used tank there, and I actually still have it today. There are certainly some bargains to be made.
