I hate you.. Seriously.. wide awake at 4 a.m.? Not cool man.... not cool.

Ha.. the reason I've been posting so much, I used to be a mod at another forum.. it feels like old hat to keep doing it.. and to amuse my sleep deprived mind..

I feel your pain. I go to bed at 3am wake up at 7am and do it all over again. Its very problematic especially being in school and trying to stay focused when all your mind is thinking about the bed I left behind but when I get home and try to sleep I just can't

i used to suffer from insomnia, and sometimes still do. But i have found my way to cope with it. It may sound crazy, but it really works. I find a place in my house such as a couch, chair, the floor in the living room... carry your pillow and blanket in there and sleep. It has helped me out a lot. I found this out from when I did a lot of travelling, I had ZERO problems falling asleep in hotel rooms, or in a tent. I got to thinking, maybe I am so accustomed to my bed that I just cant sleep in it all the time. I have also found that elevating the head of the bed up a little has also helped me sleep better... it has also helped with my heartburn lol
