I do not have any blueprints or detailed instructions. I used a 120v cumputer sized fan, not an actual cpu fan. If you use an actual cpu fan you need to use a cpu power supply.
Sorry, I didn't answer this earlier, I've been pretty busy with animals and shows.
Thats cool,Thank you for the reply. You dont by any chance have pics of the computer fan you actually used and power supply? Have you got the speed controlled
as well...
I live in scotland you see so getting hold of some of the things you guys are talking about may be difficult..I just need a good description of the the things I need, or model/make then I can go hunting...
I would get one that runs off your wall socket and plug it right in Why have a power supply to buy and wire in when you can get one that runs off the 220v? in you household electrical sockets.
Plugging it straight into the wall is kind of what im wanting to do, But dont these fans have molex connections? I would need some sort of adapter I assume?
Having never wired one myself.......
I would think you can connect it to a dimmer(or on/off switch) and then connect the switch to a wire with a wall receptical end .
That I can't help with....... My only incubator this year was a hovabator and my females were (no joke) incubated in a 15qt I made into a cooker that holds 82 perfectly 24/7
Next year I am either making a monster one from a refrigerator(freezer male, frig female) or investing in a few nature spirits.
