i am getting a new female wednesday and i need to know some stuff like how long should i quarenten her and how would i introduce a new female into a group of 3 other gecko just let me know how u would do this and at what age can i put a gecko with older and bigger females???

As long as they are all around the same weight they should be fine together, quarentine for atleast 30 days, preferably 45+ IMO.
As for introducing, put the female in with the other females, and see how they get along, leave them in there, but if you witness any fighting or the new female is not getting enough food take her out.

agree with SRT4292. I had to separate two of my females from eachother because one was growing much faster and thus started bullying the other. i moved the bully into a tank with like sized geckos and everyone is much happy. i plan on introducing the bullied female once she grows and so far she is eating much much more now that she is on her own and not being harassed.
