I just got her on Sunday, so the pics aren't that great yet. She is not settled in and I don't want to bother her too much until she gets settled in. Her are a few pics though...

So pretty and beautiful set-up. Nice to see you got your new stands put together :main_thumbsup: Also nice to see the hardcore leo addiction runs in almost everyone :D Before long you might need an entire room instead of shelves - hee hee.

Funny you should mention needing an entire room! I picked up a free 55 gallon tank last Saturday at the All-Ohio Reptile show and bought Angel last Sunday. My hubbie is getting worried because he asked me how many more tanks I was going to get...I very carefully worded my statement the following way: "I'm not getting any more tanks", which technically doesn't mean I can't get more leos because I can divide the 55 gallon in half...one side for Jackie when he gets bigger and the other side for ???? Maybe something bright orange or who knows?!!! I am already purchasing a patternless from Marcia, just waiting for mother nature to cooperate so we can ship her! <grin> Quite a little harem going for Mr Jackie Chan...then my husband would KILL me! I have pretty much taken over the family room already...I am going to use the other half of my shelves for the 55 gallon tank I think...it's HUGE!!

Thanks for all the kind words about my little Angel. I am excited to have her and looking forward to her becoming comfortable here with us!

Hi Kathy-Angel is beautiful !!
I love her tank set-up
I see that you have been "bit bad" by the Leo bug-lol
I bet that it won't be long until your entire family room is filled with tanks

Thanks Sandy! Max did an awesome with her tank...it's really easy to take care of and there is a "spot" where Angel leaves her presents on a tissue for easy clean up. Now if I could just get her to eat! <VBG> I would be much more relaxed...I have her tank next to my computer desk and she is more active tonight...hopefully it won't be too much longer before she feels comfortable here.

I have been bit bad!!! I think my husband has determined that I have reached my tank limit: 29 gallon for Tiki when the weather permits, 20L gallon for Angel, 10 gallon for Jackie Chan and the 55 gallon for Jackie or split in half to add another in the future? Unless I can weasle my way into him allowing me to get Jackie a 20L gallon and then I could use the 55 gallon for? I will have to wait for the perfect moment, like when he comes home with another electronic or computer gadget...<VBG>

Thanks for the reply!

There's always room for gecko, or is that Jello? I always get the two confused :p

My hubby felt the same way. We (or should I say Santa) got Spot (from BluGnat) for X-mas and then there was a reptile show so he said we could get one more. Then we just happened across hatchling albinos and blazing blizzards so he agreed to those as well. Then came Paul Sage and a pretty Rainwater and THAT WAS IT (according to hubby). Well, Ojai just came to our house last week (he was so calm and had LOTS of purple - irristable). Letkey is hopefully coming to a reptile show in May, so I'm guaranteed two more for early b-day presents for the kids and THEN NO MORE (yeah right). They are addictive and seeing the babies grow makes it even worse!!!!

very beautiful and healthy looking. I love her pattern. Good setup too. It shows you thought ahead. It looks like a gecko park!

Thanks MichaelJ, but I bought Angel and her tank together 1 week ago...Max should get all the compliments! He raised her up right and designed her tank! I am just the new owner!

Thanks very much for the compliments, though! <grin>

Double LY,

I love your story! My hubbie should love the leos because they aren't noisy and you don't have to let them outside, plus many more pros! However, if he can't see his big screen tv past all the tanks...that could be a problem! <VBG>
