Introducing females with other females is normally successful.

I have used the method of keeping them separate for a few weeks for quarantine.

Once the leo had settled in I would place her in a see-through plastic tub with lots of holes (so smells could get in and out) and place the tub into the vivarium with the other girls for a short while so they could see and smell her without getting to her.

I would carry this on for a few days then put them face to face on natural territory outside of the vivarium, once they were ready to live together I completely cleaned, disinfected and rearranged the chosen vivarium so it was a blank canvas as it were.

Doing that means all the favourite spots already chosen by the other girls were gone and they would have nothing to fight over.

This long winded way has always worked for me, better to be safe than sorry :)

Are you asking if there are any other gecko Species you can put with leopard geckos? Like a Crested, or Tokay gecko? This is not recommended for beginners or possibly at all. Different requirements generally for different species with some exceptions.

If you are just asking whether or not you can add addition Leopard Geckos then yes possibly. What size enclosure do you have? Its generally accepted that female geckos are able to share space without getting territorial and combative for the most part. There ARE exceptions. You have to take each situation on a case by case basis. Be prepared to separate them and house them singly if you do choose to go this route. I would also say your quarantine period should be considerably longer than a couple weeks. You don't want to introduce anything bad to your existing animals. You want to observe the new animal on its own for a while to make sure its outwardly healthy and is behaving properly. Generally recommended quarantine time is 60-90 days or so.
