Irregular feeding help

One of my geckos is notorious for being a picky eater. Last year, she went into a period for a couple of months where she would eat very little. Nothing was physically wrong with her, she just went off feed.
Over the summer, I got her back to a good, consistent diet and her appetite became ravenous. She would always be hungry and eager for food.
Last Saturday, I took her out to examine her (I do this weekly) and as she was crawling on the ground, she was heading towards my bed. Reaching for her, she put on a burst of speed and bolted underneath it. I was calm at first, knowing that she wasn't that far back yet and I could still reach her. But she kept on going, moving further and further behind until she was well out of my grasp. She was now against the wall blocked by my bed above her. I still was calm, it was an easy save. All I had to do was move the top of my mattress until I could see her, reach underneath, and with a few attempts, I was able to get her. I could tell she was shaken, so I quickly put her back in her enclosure and left her alone for a few days.
And ever since then, she seems to be slipping back into an irregular, inconsistent feeding schedule. I've offered her food a couple of times and she ignores it.

Anyways, what I'm thinking is that this was a traumatic event for her and she needs a bit of time to recover, but I'm also hoping that she didn't contract any bacteria from underneath the bed (dust, etc. you never know what's down there) Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.

It could be possible that she is ovulating. It is not uncommon for females to go on a hunger strike for a month or longer when they are ovulating. We currently have a girl who has not eaten in over 40 days, but is still at a nice 70+ gram weight. Take a look at her belly to check. You could be correct in that she got a little stressed out, but that event might just be a coincidence.

I'll check, but I doubt that's the case. Now that I think about it, though, she does seem to be spending more time than usual in her humid hide..

Update: I just checked her belly. Doesn't seem to be any spots or irregular bumps on it. So I don't think she ovulating. But she's nice and calm in my hand, her eyes are clear, legs holding good muscle, simply put, she's not showing any drastic signs of being unhealthy, she just doesn't seem to have her usual appetite.
