Your gecko actually does look like it is about to shed. Make sure it has a nice humid hide and give it a day or two.

Do not be alarmed, this is normal. Your gecko will shed like this from time to time. Provide a humid hide as said above. You may see your gecko eating his skin. That is normal as well, that is how they shed.
