Is it mouth rot??

Can't seem to find much of anything that matches my exact situation for this.

I notice like more than a few months ago some black dots in my one gecko's mouth. I'm not a veteran owner so I didn't think it was any sort of cause for concern, I just thought it was like a bad shed because often they have skin left on their toes after a shed since it's so dry here and she had some skin on her eye which doesn't normally happen.
Now I'm asking because I want to be certain it isn't mouth rot, or if it is, what I can do about it. My gecko is about a year and a half old, actually maybe two, but still quite small. I have to put a shakey fingernail up to her mouth to get her to open it, so...
Anyways, she has black dots in her mouth it seems, and has for at least a month now it seems. But also she has had black dots like in between her lips before, and the best match I saw for this as an example was another older thread with a gecko that had the same thing and it was a scab, probably from a bite. I'm just concerned the stuff on the inside could be different.
I have two geckos, both same age and female. I haven't seen my other ones mouth yet but fairly certain there's no problems.

My gecko hasn't shown any sort of loss of appetite which is why I'm hoping it's not mouth rot. I feed them only mealworms and I've never had any problems, I know some people say a 'balanced diet' is better but like I said I've never had any problems, they have never looked skinny or unhealthy, and frankly I hate crickets more than anything in the world and I think they cause way more problems for geckos to deal with than mealworms. (They poop everywhere, they eat each other, they're loud, they hide around the tank and they frickin bite your geckos  disgusting creatures!)

My gecko has always been really weird and had strange behaviour (she is pretty disabled I think) so as far as I can tell she's no different from normal. All I've noticed is that she paces a lot along the sides of the tank at night. I am worried though that the dots might not be mealworm bites since they seem to occur mainly on her teeth. I really hope it isn't because it sounds so serious. But her mouth seems fine, doesn't really look like swollen, definitely isn't any pus or excessive salivating or anything, so...?
How long does mouth rot last? Is it possible that there are strains of it that geckos can survive with or that their bodies can naturally kill off on their own? Is it too late for her? Can it spread to other geckos, especially if they bite one? What do swollen gums actually look like? Could it just be dirt or something, or new teeth, or skin/blood in/on them?

I will have to get pictures tomorrow, but this is the latest possible photo I have of her mouth. I don't know what the dot on her neck was, as scab I think maybe from shedding, but it's gone away now so don't worry about that.

He looks fine to me, but I'd schedule a visit to the nearest reptile vet, or general vet if u dont have a reptile vet.

Oh my gosh that's such a relief to hear that. I will try if I can since they probably should get a checkup at least once in a while.
