Is it ok to house babies in 15 quart tubs

Mine are raised in 6 quart tubs, and my adults in 15 quart tubs.

at what point would one transfer from the 6qt. to the 15qt?

its fine just gives them more room. Most people I know including my self transfer their geckos to 15 qts at between 20 - 30 grams.
