Is it the end of the breading season for her?

My female laid her 5th clutch about 10 days ago, found only one egg, first time it happens. Since then, her tail became as big as it was before the season starts, which makes me wonder : Is that a sign that the season's over for her?

It could be, but they could start up again later. If she starts ovulating again, chances are she'll stop eating again, and you'll know for sure by looking at her belly for pink dots. But if she has been ovulating since beginning of the year, then this is roughly the time when they stop ovulating, and start feasting.

Start up again later, what do you mean? The first mating occurred 3rd March or so. Actually I still see something in her belly, that's why I thought even she laid only one, second is still there..?

I meant he ovulation, they can stop ovulating, but then start ovulating again in another month or two. They do lay just 1 egg at a time sometimes, so it's likely she has another egg in her that she still has to lay.

If you're sure the egg is still inside her she could be egg bound. If she starts acting oddly or like she's trying to lay it but can't you might want to take her to a vet.

Also keep in mind that they lay every 2 weeks or so. So what you're seeing could be another egg that she will lay soon, and NOT a clutchmate of the egg she laid two weeks ago.

She didn't lay any egg after that, thought what i saw is now sure : her belly is full, i clearly see the eggs. What does this means..?

And just as i'm reporting... I found 2 eggs just now. Didn't even see her digging... They look normal and so she does (weight, etc..) may someone explain me what this situation is? One month delay between two laying, this is "normal"..? Should i expect trouble with the babies, if they hatch well?
