Is my Gecko sick?

okay, my leopard gecko is totally awesome. for the past few days, she won't go under her log like she usually does. I went to play with her today and she was nowhere to be found. I checked the whole tank. Finally, i found her..she had dug a hole and climbed beneath her water bowl where it is not very warm and, because this is the first time i have ever seen this, I was shocked.

I took her out and moved her, but an hour later, she was back under her waterbowl again. What is happening to her?! Should I bring her to the vet?

What are your temps in the warm end? It sounds like she found a nice comfy secure spot to hide, and if your temps are off that could explain her goin to the cooler end. Nothing sounds too alarming to me assuming that your temps are all good.

What about a damp humid hide where its cooler.it sounds like shes finding a comfortable spot.Measure the warm side.If its extremely hot ie: 120-130 deg maybe she is escaping an extreme heat source.warm side should be 90-95 deg
