Is my lighting correct?

I was told to use a blue light & a red light & to keep just the red light on at night. Correct?

You don't need to spend the extra money on a blue light, you can just use a standard house light. Otherwise yes only the red should be used at night. The blue or regular light should be used to create a day/night cycle. Sometimes you don't even need those lights if the room has a window that allows in sufficient light to creat a day/night cycle.

P.S. You only need the red light for veiwing, so don't leave it on all day and night.
