Is my new Leo a male or female?

I purchased a Leo from ++++++++ an dim not positive whether it is a male or female. Approximately 6" long. I don't know how many grams (I don't have a scale yet). Leaning towards female, but the store workers said they were supposed to be an all male store (with exception of fish). However, they have on occasion got female reptiles and birds. Leaning towards female myself but I am a LG novice, so I'm not confident. S/he is in my quarantine tank currently. What does everyone think? Also what morph?

Thanks!
Amy

I agree, she appears female. For morph, she looks like a SHTCTB (Super Hypo Tangerince Carrot Tail Baldy), although with very little carrot tail (SHTB? haha). Unknown hidden hets and genetic background though.

I think your Leo is female because of the v shape. It does not look like there are two round balls on her.

Thanks! I was hoping everyone would agree with my female assessment. Now to wait out the quarantine period before trying to introduce her to my current male/female pair. She looks and acts really healthy so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she is! Hoping that they hit it off when I do the introduction and that having 2 females will reduce the stress in the tank when Chong feels the need to breed. Wish me luck!
