is perlite O.K.

My lizard just layed eggs like 5 min ago and i had incubator but i was using pelite iv heard vermiculite is better is it O.K. to use perlite .:skull: :guitarist: :evil: unk: :alien:

I think perlite is better IMO Different people may have better luck with one that the other but Ive no problems withperlite at all.

I have had great success with perlite. That's all I've used for years now.

Yeah, once my female SHTCT Goblin lays her eggs, thats what im planning to use for soley this reason:

You put the perlite in some containers, mist it once, and never mist the perlite again. A great and easy idea, will definatley come in handy. You should try this out.

The only perlite problem I had was when a hatched gecko shredded it's yolk sack when it hatched premature.

I had geckos eat vermaculite too though if I didn'tclean them off remove them quick enough before the first shed.
