Is she ready?

One of my females is 56 grams but i'm not sure of her age. Ok to breed yet or should i wait a while? Also, how late into the year can i breed them?

You should ask this in the breeding forum. How long have you had her? Was she small when you got her?

oops sorry. I got her in september, she was about 40 grams.

56 grams is certainly an OK weight for breeding, but the season has barely gotten underway! (It goes until around September, so try not to push it... there's plenty of time!)

I usually wait until my females are at least 60 grams, but as long as she's ovulating then 56 grams is fine..
