Its highly variable. Sometimes when I think mine are about to lay they hold off a few days. I think geckos can hold them for a while and decide when the best time is. So my guess would be that anywhere from 1-10 days, but probably sooner than later.

It just looks like ovulation to me because it's so pink... I thought eggs were supposed to be more white. But maybe they haven't been coated with the calcium shell yet.

The lower ones look like eggs to me with new ovulations higher up. Whether or not they're fertile is another question. I don't think reintroducing the male could hurt. I keep my males in with my females depending on the pair/group. Highest risk of a fight is at the time of introduction IMO. They nip and scratch each other while breeding but I've never had any cuts that were more than superficial.
