Thank you. I knew what the term hypo meant, but for some reason I've never seen a high yellow with a carrot tail or with lots of spots..

Don't high yellow babies usually look like this?

You still haven't, She's a Hi-yellow with a bit of orange in the tail.
She no way near qualifies as a Carrottail.

Or with lots of spots.

Here is a Hi-yellow leo, With lots of spots and a orange tail.

But this leo is not a Carrottail either. A carrotail is from the base of the tail,
A clean orange the minimum of at leat 15% with no black spots in it.
