He is the only gecko (in a tank) that I have "potty trained" so I have no other situation to compare. He has been doing this pretty consistently for as long as I can remember and he seems/acts/appears/weighs healthy. I know the white excrement is "urate" (concentrated urine; to preserve body water).
Is the excessively wet puddle normal? Is it urine (because of excess hydration) or his "manly stuff" (to mark territory)? I am just wondering what it is but I definitely wanted to ask just in case it is a sign of something wrong that I don't suspect. (I see the dried puddle marks in some tubs, but the puddle is only half this size....and the puddle pictured isn't his biggest puddle).
