Is this cage too small ? (pic included)

Is this cage too small for him? He doesn't seem to have a problem with eating. He's been eating way too much actually ...about 15 meal worm each day for the past 3 day.



I use to keep him in this tank (below) with 2 other female..but he's been trying to get it on with one of my female and i had to separate him.

No but you should get that hot rock out of there. Get a UTH instead, they are much safer. Hot rocks tend to get way to hot and cause burns.

yep.. already know about the heat rock. That why i keep them unplug... kinda waste just throwing em away..so i just kept em for decoration. I use a heat lamb (notice the red light).. or is the UTH better for them?

only good heat rock is one with the cord cut off of it. you can use a red "night light" if you like, but heat tape or under tank heathers with a thermostat are in my opinion the best way to go.

They need belly heat... A heat lamp won't provided it belly heat well help it with its digestion. Light stresses them out. They don't notice red light as munch though...
