Hey,I feed my lizard ckrickets and i dump them in a little cap that has calcium in it in the cage and then i let him hunt them down is that good or should i just let him lick his own calcium

get a small clear plastic bag with how many crickets u intend to feed your leos with and then put a pinch of calcium powder in and give the bag a shake so the crickets are all coated
