Is this normal?

My leopard gecko shed today and he didn't eat yesterday or today.
should i be worried?
Is it normal for them to not wanna eat the day before they shed?

Yes it takes energy for them to shed, and they eat the skin that they shed, so yes it's natural.

definitely normal mine usually take around two days before they start eating again after a shed, so don't be worried if your gecko doesn't eat for another day or two
