Is this okay?

Whenever Oliver brings his arm to his chest, this little "bulge" appears right next to his armpit. It's full of air, it looks like.
Any info?
Is this normal?
How do I fix it?

It's a calcium sack. My females all have those. We refer to them as water wings since that's what they look like.

My leopard gecko doesn't have them either. That's just where they store extra calcium. Or if they are overweight. LOL! She's nice and fat, with a SUPER fat tail.. So I dunno why she doesn't have the little bubbles in her armpits.. *shrug* She's a weirdo though. hahaha

Well I dunno if it's a "good sign" since Ozy is perfectly happy and healthy. Sheds perfectly 99% of the time, has a REALLY fat tail, eats like a pig, super alert, curious, active and has picture perfect poops. So I think it's just something that happens sometimes. I don't think it necessarily means they are healthy or not healthy.
