Is this safe?

Finally found a light after a week of searching and 10 pet stores. It's a Ge 25w green party light. It puts out no heat and makes the tank look awesome, they were on clearance at Walmart. My question is will it bother my leo in any way?

I have used the red and blue ones, but never tried green. It won't hurt anything to try it out and see how he reacts.
