My first one hatched out thismorning :D
Im at school right now but ill get pics up asap.
She(?) is a beautiful bright tangerine tremper albino jungle with a fully striped tail and a hint of carroting on the head and tail. Her pattern looks alot like a hatchet, a bright orange hatched with a purple border. I cant wait to get pics up. She(?) is the result of a Giant CH CT tangerine tremper albino het reverse stripe and eclipse X Giant CH CT Tangerine Tremper Albino possible het Eclipse. Her clutchmate didnt make it, went bad early into the incubation, but Ive got two more eggs in the incubator from the same pairing as well as two AFT eggs so I should have more hatchlings to show off soon :main_thumbsup:.

Is it normal for them to trip themselves with their own tail when they are a day old? I only got to watch her for like 10 mins before heading off to school, but she tripped herself twice by curling her tail under herself while walking in a circle. Then when I tried to get a good look at her she hid under the damp paper towels edge in her tub.

I was hoping to prove out my possible het eclipse female but as far as I can tell the eyes are normal albino. She doesnt like light at all so I only got a few breif glimpses of her eyes so she might have some snake eyes, but they are definatly not solid. However she did hatch out with a fully striped tail, which is one of the traits that her father has that I was hoping to see more of :main_yes:. Ill have to see how many grams she is so I can decided if she is a giant or not. There is a 25% chance that she will be a normal size... I love giants and was hoping to hatch some out, but since shes my first hatchling I dont know yet if she is a normal sized baby just by looking :main_rolleyes:.

Heres the parents:

Thanks everyone! :), and Caleb, did you see the tail pattern? Ive bought two geckos from you just becuase of that tail pattern :p

Im trying to decide if the "hatchet" is a reverse stripe... ?
If so its a partial reverse stripe... But my goal is to produce giant tangerine albino reverse striped eclipses with carrotheads and carrot tails as well as that stripe down the tail. If shes a reverse stripe then Im one step closer (only gotta work on breeding the full stripe down the back, the eclipse, and the giant genes if shes not a giant).

Ment stripe, not reverse stripe :main_rolleyes: . Do you guys think she is a partial stripe? If she is then im one step closer to producing reverse stripe, because the reverse stripes came out of the full stripes.
