Japanese whaling

They say they're killing the whales (some are even endangered species) for scientific purposes, but its sooooo obvious that they are doing it for money and food!!! Sick!!!

While I am really into most of Japan's culture, I just don't understand this...

I am not wronging all Japanese; just those who support such things (dolphin slaughter ugh!)...

Yeah, I like most of the Japanese stuff, so much that I'm learning the Japanese language now; but I really cannot agree what they're doing to the dolphins and whales! This is so sad.
