haha awhhh that's adorable!! We used to doggie-sit a German Shepherd and she would always lay down in front of my glass tanks and watch my geckos walk around and eat and mind their own business. One of them saw her one time and ran at the glass to see what she was and she jumped up and backed away with her tail between her legs, then slowly inched forward until she was nose to nose with the leopard gecko behind the glass which was standing tall on its front legs trying to look up to see her. it was soooo cute!

my pug is the same way, he's never acted in a mean way toward them, he's just very interested in them and seems to know he is suppose to protect them I guess? I recently was on vacation for a week and had people looking after my geckos for me me, people he has been around his entire life since he was 8 weeks old and I guess he was in the room and they started pulling bins out of the rack and he actually was growing at them and got very defensive, like you stay way from my mom's geckos or else way...mind you he is only about 12-14 lbs haha. I got a video sent to me of it and I couldn't help but laugh.

My dog hates my reps. Had the snakes out Viv when moving once and he got in and left his mark.

Rico, my chihuahua, loves watching me handle all my leos. He is fascinated by them. He doesn't try to "get at" them. LOL. He also loves watching roaches or crickets when I put them in a separate container to dust them. Sometimes, when Rico runs by his cage, my biggest boy leo Thor jumps up real quick like he's going after Rico like he's a giant mealworm or something. Hahaha!

Lol both my dogs love them but won't attack I've taught them that they are not something for pups =P
