My bf and I raise chameleons. I have wanted geckos fro a few weeks. We picked up a pair today at a local reptile show. Not sure if we got what we paid for. Either way i love them both. The male, if i recall correctly is het for snow/lavender. the female is ???? i dont remember. We did not planon geting any today and do not have a totally perfrct set up yet. its not lacking in any basic needs. I will be doing searches here and the web for the best recomended housing. I want them to be comfortable in as realistic to a natural habitat as possible without making an over exagerated ( having too many things that they do not require or is not needed just to make it pretty to the eye). I have seen sites with dirt plastic container with corners filled with poo, to aquariums with multi colored calcisand. With Cjameleons we use paper towels for substrate. Its very clean easy 
spend their lives on the substrate. I have a 29-40 Gal L tank w screen lid, multiple heat lamps no bottom heater, didnt know which is best to use. I also have supliments for my chams wanted to know if they were suitable for the leos as well...repti calcium wo D3 and calcium with D3 also herpavite??? Any and all advice and links would be greatly apreciated. I will try to get pics up soon.
