I am fairly new to keeping Leos and own 8 (3.4.1). well I was cleaning tubs I put all my females and 1 male in a tub (picture below) well the tiny male (24g) tried to mate with the (44g) female and failed miserably but I though it was funny and should share. id also like to know what you think of these girls? the big group around the shtctb.

That happened last year with my girls and Mojo, my male. The only problem...I guess he was frustrated, and latched on to me when I picked him up.

these were actually almost all rescues except for 1. I got them from the place when they needed to be rehomed. they have grown tremendously somewhere around 10g each since june 16-17th

Funny but you should not let even a small male near a female that light. If he did get a 44Gram female it would be bad for her. Some females not all, stop eating when gravid a 44 g would wither away to nothing if she did

I just set them together to clean their cage.

That's all it takes, many accidental breedings happen that way.
