Just wondering

I have a female bell hybino who is digging at her paper towel which lines her enclosure .I was just wondering if this is normal.

Eric I have no idea if it is "normal" or not. I have noticed that our female who is experiencing her first winter with us has also been hiding under her paper towels. We got her back in April & this is a new behavoir for her. Could it have something to do with cooler temperatures?

One of mine digs sometimes. i guess it's semi normal.

Mine dig also, sometimes just to get under the paper towels. When they go into the hide box with peat moss then they really have fun digging like a dog:main_thumbsup:

My female blizzard loves to dig at the paper towels, right under her hide. My male also did it once or twice.
