Juvenile Leo with Pink Belly

I'm very worried. As a first time reptile owner, pretty much everything has me worried, but this time I'm terrified.
Temps got a little too hot today before I noticed (they are usually at around 90 during the day, but they reached 95 or a bit higher on the floor today). For the first time, Salvador was up and awake during the day. I wasn't worried until I realized that he was laying directly on a warm spot (where the UTH is located) with his whole body pressed to the bottom. I checked him over and saw that he had a bright pink belly! I am terrified. I immediately turned the heater off so that temps will normalize and then he went back into his hide to sleep. Will the pink belly ease back to normal tonight or has there been damage?
Any help is appreciated.

95 is not too hot, does not cause any harm at all. Belly skin is translucent so at times you will see organs, guts, etc. He may have enjoyed it being warmer... what is your normal temp and how is it measured?

I'm glad to hear the heat was okay. I'm still concerned that he's so pink on the underside. I keep daytime temps at 90 degrees and 75 to 80 at night. I measure them with a zoomed analog thermometer.

Those analogs are not only inaccurate but do not give the correct reading, which would be the surface temp. It measures ambient. A digital probe can be attached to the floor, most pet shops have them for around $10.
