juvie or adult?

ok as you can tell im a newbie so please dont burn me! the guy i got my leo from told be that he was bought in nov 08 as a very small baby maby a month or so old. so that would make him between 5 and 6 months old. he is over 6" now from tip of his noise to the tip of his tail. will he keep getting bigger till he is about 12 months old or is he about the size of an adult? i read that most adults get about 8". thanks

The average size of a male or female Leo' is about 5 - 8 inches from nose to tip, but they can grow up to about 10 inches.

Generally a Leo' will attain adult size by about 18 months old.

If your gecko is 6 inches long now, he might still get bigger ... although growth will probably slow down a lot from now on.

That's what I understand anyway, I could be wrong.

My female leo is about 10-11 months old and she is 10"
