Alot of people use Gutload. You can buy the wet varity at some petstores, I can't remember the name. Theres also some breeders that make it. Or you can use plain oats and put in a slkice of fruit like mango or pear. :D

Go buy oatmeal, unsweetened wheat/grain type cereal(special K would work) and add a slice of red potato, sweet potato or so on for moisture intake.

That's a quick way to feed them, though not the best.

I keep mine in the little plastic cup they come in. I think any plastic container will do as long as it has teeny holes for air. There are lots of types of gutload, I personally buy mine from progeckos.com (really good prices). It doubles as a substrate, so all you have to do is put 1 inch in the container (this depends on how many mealworms you're keeping). I keep mine out of the fridge, less die.

I grind high quality dog food then mix it with oatmeal for the mealies base. I then rotate carrots, potatoes and apples for a water source. The ground dog food has many high quality ingredients for the mealies then gets passed to the geckos.. I also keep calcium in the food dishes...
