My kids have really got into the Gecko craze over the past years and as talked about on other threads this is going to be a good opportunity for them to learn the value of the dollar. We have a nice outside building that was supposed to be a workshop and we will be cleaning it out. We also will be wiring this building and building a couple of simple racks that they have to help us build. We worked hard on this making rules and setting things up. We are loaning them $600 to open a bank account and buy the items needed to wire heat/cool etc even went as far as getting a credit card from the bank and setting a small limit on it. They have checklists to do and get bi-weekly inspections from the RPA (Reptile Protection Agency aka me).
This will be a really fun project for the kids, I was going to do this all anyway but to have them do it I think will be allot of fun, We start working on all this in the next couple of weekends, We first have to go buy another storage building and lay concrete then clean out what was going to be my workshop and we will start getting everything going on whatever they named their business.
