King Diamond has an issue

I recently did a pairing of King Diamond(SHTCTB) & Nirvana(emerine) with hope of some nice orange colored babies. I think it was with success
I did it on Sunday and King's man parts are still out after mating its tuesday now and I don't know what to do. I don't think this normal
