Large "pores" around the nostrils

Due to the spring school semester and being away from the house quite a bit I haven't had as much interaction as I would have liked. We are now all back under the same roof and I noticed these "pores" on the nose of my largest females. I cant' remember noticing them before so can anyone rule out normal or issue?

they almost look like warts, but a gecko probably cant get warts. I'd just keep an eye on her for a while.

I have not seen that on a gecko before. If you are unsure what they are maybe you should let a vet take a look at her. If it is an infection of some sort in its early stages, or just warts, I would get her checked out to make sure it is not affecting her.
