late hatcher or a goner?

i am worried with one of my eggs. its clutchmate hatched two days ago. arent they supposed to hatch a few hours apart? the last time i checked it was sorta "sweating". should i give up on this one egg and throw it away? im worried that it might affect the other eggs in the box. also, from another clutch, one egg is leaking an orangey droplet of fluid. should i throw it out? thanks for any response.

Give it more time, they can be several days, maybe even a week apart.

For the leaky egg, I have heard of people covering the leaky area with cloth of some kind, and the egg ended up hatching just fine
