Has anyone been able to get a late breeding female to breed earlier the next year? I think that's our problem with our sh het bell, and I only just thought of that.
Last year by the time quarentine was over we bred late, but she laid her last clutch in Sept I think. So I thought she'd be breeding right along with the other gals. I had thought she was ovulating, but guess not-talk about male abuse with her. We've been trying with her since Jan with no luck.
I was really looking forward to getting some hybinos this year. Do you think it's because she was bred late and will be ready again this summer? I don't want to breed her late this year and would rather try for next year again.
