So, I talked briefly with a lawyer today (you know...time is money). I have to wait until I see the surgeon on Friday before we determine if it's worth making a case. Basically...is it a strain, or is it more serious? Considering I'm still in continual pain and can't carry/lift anything ... I'm doubting it's just a strain. Anyhoo...I'll know more on Friday.
