Laying Infertile Eggs

I have heard that some females will lay infertile eggs, even though they have not been with a male. At what age do they start to lay these? I still need to get a scale to weight her, but we have a new female leo and I want to be prepared if she does lay these dud eggs. I have a dish of calcium in her tank next to her mealworm dish. So far I haven't seen her lick at it. She's about 7in StV. We got her from a pet store & didn't have much weight on her, but I can tell she is gaining weight. I will try to get a scale to weigh her soon. But how soon can I expect her to start ovulating?

I forgot to mention that it seems like she is just gaining weight in her belly area & not in her tail. I haven't checked her belly yet, she's still kinda flighty. She hasn't slowed down eating though. Still plowing through the mealworms. Her poop is normal too.

Look under her stomach. If you see a pink dot in the center that is ovulation. If yo usee 2 white dots on either side of her stomach those are eggs. It sounds like she may be doing either. When my female started ovulating she lost a lot of weight in her tail but gained it in her stomach.

Here's her belly. She's pretty squirmy & I had to get a weird angle so the flash wouldn't wash her out.

She does not look to be ovulating. I do thunk I see an egg on the right side that is fairly large. But I may be wrong, it is a hard pic to judge. Look at her side just infront of the hind legs. If there is a bulge on either side, or maybe just one side that shows there is an egg there. From what I can see it looks like she is very near laying. Maybe 1-2 weeks, 2 weeks max.

Yeah. i will check her when she comes out this afternoon. The picture isn't a great one. If I can I will try another picture, but I think the only good way to see is by eye. I do have another picture that shows how big her belly is compared to her tail, she looks normals while standing up, but while resting her sides pop out more.

These are from a day or two ago.
She doesn't look big, belly wise while standing.

Not the greatest picture, but when she lays down her sides bulge out, compared to my two male leos.

The first pic, I see an egg bulge. This is a hard pic to tell from. But it looks like there is an egg there from the belly and side pics. But did she mate to a male? Or is she just laying infertile eggs?
